Project description: This project consists of the new construction student housing and office space as part of the Impact and Prosperity Epicenter complex on the University of Utah campus. This will be a 6 level concrete building with a 3 story steel building. The new facility will be approximately 285,000 gross square feet. This is a DFCM Building. Bid Package #2 - Finish Package includes the following scopes: DIVISIONS 05 - 14 Alternates #1-4 See Specification Section 01 23 00 Alternate No. 01: Spray-Applied Acoustical Insulation, at metal deck Alternate No. 02: Spray-Applied Acoustical Insulation, at metal deck and wood ceiling system. Alternate No. 03: Spray-Applied Acoustical Insulation, at concrete slab. Alternate No. 04: Landscape scope of work. Questions due on the 11-18-22 See detail project schedule in the project documents.
