The County is seekiing bids for the relocation of existing Geothermal headers and valves currently housed in an underground concrete vault at the D.C. Emergency Response Center. General Site work to include removal of vault , new buildinig foundation, structure, excavation and piping, electrical to include lighting and power and mechanical to include piping fitting, exhaust fan, louver and damper, wall heater and accessories. The County reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids and in bidding and to reject any or all proposals.
