Job No. P-95-029-22, FAI 74 (I-74) Bridge Replacements Over Stony Creek E of ILL 49, Phase I and II Engineering Services, Vermilion County, Region Three/District Five This project requires 23% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0.035. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on February 8, 2023, at 1:00 PM at the Region Three/District Five Office in Paris. Phase I and II engineering services are required for the preparation of a project report (anticipated to be a categorical exclusion) and final contract plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the bridge replacements, resurfacing, guardrail updates, and other work on I 74 east of ILL 49. The estimated construction cost for this project is $5,500,000. The project is tentatively set for a November 2024 Letting. The completion date for this contract will be 60 months after authorization to proceed. A planned Supplement for Phase II will be done near the completion of Phase I.
