Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Three Rivers, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,300-square-foot transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
Project scope includes but is not limited to Sitework, Asphalt Pavement, Concrete, Masonry, General Trades, Metal Stud and Drywall, Painting, Mechanical, Electrical and Low Voltage, and Commissioning. All work for the complete construction of the Project will be under one Prime Contract with the Owner on bids received and on combinations awarded.
