Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in W Yarmouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Town of Yarmouth is requesting bids for the following: 2023 Bayberry Hills Clubhouse Shingles, Doors, and Trim Replacements Project. The contractor shall replace the sidewall shingles, all trim on the exterior of the building, and all doors at the clubhouse located at 635 W Yarmouth Rd, West Yarmouth, MA 02673. The contractor shall repaint the underneath joist decorative trim. Specific requirements are included in Exhibit 1. The work includes but is not limited to Bayberry Hills Clubhouse Shingles, Doors, And Trim Replacements as specified, including supplying all material, labor equipment, and associated works as specified. Any questions regarding this IFB should be directed to Svetlana Salemme via email at procurement@yarmouth.ma.us. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price in the form of a bid bond or certified treasurer's or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, c. 149, and all contracts must be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of this Act. The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids which are not responsible and/or responsive, in whole or in part, as deemed in the best interest of the Town, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws.
