This IFB is following M.G.L. c. 149 standards The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bidding; and to make the award as may be determined in the best interest of the Town. The contract period is for one year from the execution date with an option to renew twice for one year periods iffunds are available.
