Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Saint-Jacques-le-Mineur, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 24,355-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for the renovation of a 19,460-square-foot educational facility.

Expansion, redevelopment, maintenance and upgrades of Saint-Jacques school. The scope of the project includes the construction of an addition that will house eight education classrooms including one for four-year old, one for five-year old pre-school education classrooms, four elementary education classrooms, two classrooms for students with disabilities and students with adjustment and learning difficulties. TIMELINE: Project design is complete. The owner has issued a tender for the general contractor that is now followed in the report under CRM ID name Extension of École Saint-Jacques. Construction start is anticipated in summer 2026. Coverage of this report has been discontinued. Note.
