Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Robins AFB, Georgia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
**As of January 16, ,2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Building 350 Center Bay is an essential facility for CMXG. It houses the F-15 Canopy workload and the new Dowty Props workload. The four Air Handler Units (AHU) that supply the production bay are reaching the end of their expected lifespan and must be replaced. Currently three AHU's (AHU-3, AHU-4, and AHU-5) have cooling only capabilities. One unit (AHU-2) provides heating capabilities with natural gas in addition to cooling. New AHU's must be designed and installed to meet the temperature and humidity requirements for production and reduce delays resulting from frequent repair work and malfunctions of these units. But not limited to, please review the statement of work for more information Magnitude of Construction: $1M - $5M *Amendment 0001 and 0002 have been released. There is a design modification. It may involve design services for all aspects of general construction including construction, modifications, and renovations of existing facilities. Work may include but is not limited to: maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, asbestos remediation, paving, and earth work for industrial/office buildings and/or infrastructure. The contractor will furnish all design, labor, equipment, material, manufactured articles, transportation, supervision, and all else necessary to accomplish the design and/or repair/construction of each Task Orders written under this CEMACC III for all work that is defined for each project. Work will be accomplished at Robins AFB, GA. Task Orders will be completed as required per CEMACC III specifications, referenced documents, and as identified on any attached Task Orders project documents as applicable.
