It is anticipated construction will start in March 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Location: South Central Regional Headquarters, City of Fitchburg, Dane County PROJECT REQUEST: Select an A/E consulting firm to provide design and construction phase professional services associated with the design and reconstruction of HVAC systems. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of installing a new 4-stage A/C unit, reconfigure air handler/duct work to prevent evaporator coil from freezing, and upgrade VAV box from pneumatic control system to digital.
