Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Facility must remain in operation at all times; ensure proper coordination and restrictions are followed at all times. .3 Complete Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical work required within as required to facilitate renovation. .4 Work of this project involves all work outlined in the contract documents and will include but is not necessarily limited to demolition, new concrete floors, steel structure, metal decking, new interior and exterior walls, roofing, ceilings, flooring, casework, doors, frames, finishes, cutting, patching and making good walls, ceilings, floors , roofs, along with all work associated with Mechanical and Electrical services. .5 All temporary winter construction facilities and heat as required for various stages of construction. .6 All co-ordination between trades to ensure work is prepared and ready to accept installation of related work.
