The Work generally consists of HVAC renovations at Granite Quarry ES, China Grove MS, Corriher-Lipe MS, & South Rowan HS as described below: Knollwood ES - Replacement of three split air handling units equipped with DX cooling and electric heat. China Grove MS - Add four packaged dedicated outside air units to provide ventilation to classrooms in the building. The units are equipped with DX cooling, electric heat, and energy recovery. Corriher-Lipe MS - Add two packaged dedicated outside air units to provide ventilation to classrooms in the building. The units are equipped with DX cooling, electric heat, and energy recovery. One unit is located on grade and one unit is located on the roof. Add three energy recovery ventilators and three outdoor air processing units to provide ventilation to ducted fan coil units in the classroom wings. The units are located on the roof and are equipped with DX cooling, electric heat, and energy recovery.
