Reference number : 1660870 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-11-21 Electronic bid submission accepted: No Options related to this notice: This notice includes renewal options (Possibility of extension by one year (2024)) Collection and transportation of residual materials Municipality of Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska January 1 to December 31, 2023 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned, Director General, Clerk-Treasurer, and Responsible for Economic Development , of the Municipality of Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska; THAT the Municipality of Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska request tenders for: 1- The collection and transport of waste to a sanitary landfill site 2- The collection and transport of recyclable materials to a recovery site 3- The collection and transportation of putrescible materials to the biomethanization center in Rivière-du-Loup. 4- Duration of the contract 1 year with possibility of extension for another year (2024) THAT the territory to be served is The Municipality of Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska THAT only tenders made on the forms of the Municipality will be valid; THAT when the Municipality of Saint-Alexandre-de-Karnouraska has analyzed each offer of services, the council will proceed to the choice of the tenderer at the regular meeting of the council held on Tuesday, December 6, 2022; THAT each tender must be accompanied by a certified check or a guarantee bond payable to the Municipality of Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska, for a minimum amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the tender ; THAT the Municipality of Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska does not undertake to retain either the lowest or any of the tenders received.
