Site work and renovation of a civil project in Warner Robins, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Offeror agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and to perform all labor necessary to construct the remote well as shown on the construction drawings. More specifically, the work shall include, but not be limited to, a new 1,600 GPM deep well (remote well), instrumentation, electrical, generator and SCADA. Work also includes site work, yard piping, painting, erosion and sediment control measures, grassing, construction staking, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, delivery of materials, taxes, and all other appurtenances necessary for completion of the Work. Time allotted for completion of Work is 365 consecutive calendar days from the date of a written "Notice to Proceed" from OWNER. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work, if awarded, will be awarded in one (1) Contract. Award of Contract: December 20, 2022 Pre construction Conference: January 2023 Notice to Proceed: February 2023 Date of Substantial Completion: August 2023 Proposals shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashier's check in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid. All bonds shall be by a surety company licensed in Georgia with an "A" minimum rating of performance and a financial strength of at least five (5) times the contract price as listed in the most current publication of "Best's Key Rating Guide Property Liability". Performance and Payment Bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price shall be required of the successful offerors if contract is awarded. Each Bond shall be accompanied by a "Power of Attorney" authorizing the attorney-in-fact to bind the surety and certified to include the date of the bond. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, including without limitation, the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Proposals and to reject the Proposal of any Offeror if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project to make an award to that Offeror, whether because the Proposal is not responsive or the Offeror is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the Owner The project consists of, but is not limited to, the following major elements: Offeror agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and to perform all labor necessary to construct the remote well as shown on the construction drawings.
