Renovation of an educational facility in Donnelsville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Hot Water Heat Boiler Replacement - Donnelsville Elementary School Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 3313.46, Board Policy 6320 and 6325 Replace (2) Unilux VZ 150W boilers with new Unilux ZF 150W-LB boilers with FIRE EYE PPC4000 Parallel Positioning Controls OR equivalent. -Drain boiler back to circulator pumps -Disconnect all utilities and fresh air duct -Disconnect flue -Disconnect boiler gas train and gas piping -Demo existing hot water supply and return piping from boilers -Remove existing boilers load onto truck and dispose -Off load new Unilux boilers with crane, skate into place -Install new gas train -Reconnect water supply and returns lines -Fill boiler and factory startup All bids must include prevailing wages. Contractor assumes all cost with rigging to transport units.
