Site work for a municipal facility in Pooler, Georgia. Working plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
As of December 14, 2022, no bids received. For Tower Site Fence Replacements and Repairs The project consists of three areas as follows: a.) Replace Fencing Around Anchor Points (x6): Remove, dispose and replace fencing around six anchor points. These points are identified herein. Of the anchor points, three (3) are approximately 16' x 16' x 16'and in triangular shape. The remaining three are approximately 13' x 33' x 33' and in a triangular shape. Fencing for these anchor points are to be replaced in a rectangular shape with six (6) foot tall fencing and barbed wire. At each anchor point a four (4) foot gate shall be installed on the side behind the anchor point. b.) Repair Fencing Around Building and Tower: The fencing and gates around the tower and building footprint shall be repaired as possible. Where repair is not recommended, those sections, hardware and equipment shall be replaced. Any replacements will be with eight (8) foot tall fencing. All razor wire shall be replaced with barb wire. c.) Install New Fencing Around LP Tank Enclosure: New fencing shall be installed around the LP Tank enclosure. Fencing shall be installed at a distance of three (3) feet from all sides of the tank's enclosure and shall be six (6) foot tall with barb wire. A double gate totaling eight (8) foot wide shall be installed on the side facing the tower and building.
