The City of Pooler is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors interested in providing the city with mowing and maintenance services as described in the attached RFP. The anticipated start date is March 1, 2023. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder with reservation of the right to reject all bids. Bidders may not withdraw bids for 60 days following the opening of the bids. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected and returned unopened Contract Term: This contract will run from 03/01/2023 thru 12/31/2026 with three (3) two (2) year extension options. o Contract Term = 03/01/2023 - 12/31/2026 o Extension One (1) = 01/01/2027 - 12/31/2028 o Extension Two (2) = 01/01/2029 - 12/31/2030 o Extension Three (3) = 01/01/2031 - 12/31/2032 City Contacts: Questions should be directed to Matthew Saxon (Public Works Director) @ (912) 330-8650.
