The City and County of Honolulu ("City") owns a three-story apartment building at 682 Kuakini Street, Honolulu Hawaii 96817 (TMK: (1) 1-7-040-041) ("building"). The building contains six (6) units: five (5) two-bedroom two-bath units, one (1) one-bedroom one bath unit, 1 resident manager office, laundry room and six (6) parking stalls. The parcel is approximately 6,800 square feet. Each floor of the building, built in 1992, is approximately 1,607 square feet. The property is a CDBG-assisted property and is subject to the regulations of the CDBG Program. The City is seeking a Contractor to provide property management services for the building, social services, and supportive housing ("Project"). Last day to request written clarifications Wednesday, November 16, 2022 4) Last day for Addenda Monday, November 21, 2022 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
