Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project has been awarded to Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $17,800,126. TMK= (4) 1-0-007:003 (PORTION) AND (4) 2-0-007:001 TO 050 (PORTION) The project consists of the development 82 new residential lots and 15-foot lot extension of 55 existing lots. The development of the new residential lots will involve the construction of a roadway, domestic water system, sewer system, drainage infrastructure, electrical system, and telecommunication system. Contractor shall be required to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. DHHL reserves the right to amend the IFB by written addenda, reject any and all bids, or waive any defects in said bids where DHHL deems it is in the best interest of the State. Questions about this project shall be posted on HlePRO by 2:00 pm, H.S.T, December 7 ,2022 . Responses to questions shall be posted on HlePRO by 4:30 pm, H.S.T, December 12 ,2022 A performance bond and payment bond equal to one hundred percent of the Total Base Offer Amount for each will be required if the Total Base Offer Amount exceeds fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) A surety bid bond will be required for this Invitation for Bids (IFB).
