Maintenance of electrical systems at the emergency power facility at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. The scope of work consists of providing electrical maintenance at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport Emergency Power Facility. Work will include maintaining all electrical equipment within the facility including the emergency generator sets and related equipment, switchgears, electrical breakers, transformers, SCADA systems, UPS. fire alarm system. battery racks and any other related electrical appurtenances at the facility. The estimated cost is between $1,300,000 and $1,600,000 per year. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. To be eligible for the award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii Specialty Contractor's "C-13", or' C-63" license at time of bidding. Bidder's attention is also directed to Section 10.2 of the Specifications regarding additional bidder's qualifications. ALL requests for information shall be received in writing via HIePRO prior to the Question Due Date in the General Information of the HIePRO solicitation. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Verbal requests for information will not receive a response. This will allow each person to attend the pre-bid via the internet or they may call in. The deadline to sign up for the pre-bid conference is one (1) working day prior to the date of the pre-bid conference. The deadline to submit requests for information relating to the subject project shall be at 3:15 p.m. HST, 14 calendar days prior to bid opening not including the bid opening day. Any requests for information submitted after this deadline shall not be answered prior to the bid opening and bidders will be expected to bid accordingly.
