Site work for a water / sewer project in Blountstown, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Purpose of This Project is: Replace 2 Corrugated Metal Pipes With Reinforced Concrete Pipes, Fill Eroded Soils, Replace 1000 Sf Concrete Roadway and Add Guardrails. Other Various Improvements as Shown in the Project Plans The Project is to Be Reimbursed by the U.s. Department of Housing and Urban Development (Hud) Community Development Block Grant Mt146, Through the Florida Department of Commerce. Funding for the Project May Be Made Possible Through This Grant and is Contingent on Strict Conformance by the Selected Contractor to the Guidelines Set Forth by Hud and Florida Commerce. Respondents Shall Comply With the Federal Regulations Contract Requirements Within This Itb. The City of Blountstown Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids Received and to Waive Any and All Minor Irregularities or Informalities in Any Bid. The City of Blountstown Encourages Minority Business Enterprises to Respond to This Bid Invitation. Completion Date for This Project Will Be 180 Calendar Days From the Date of the Notice to Proceed Presented to the Successful Bidder. Bidders shall submit all questions, in writing, to Traci Hall. All questions shall be submitted no later than 5 pm CST on February 19, 2026
