Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Blountstown, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in providing construction services for the following project: River Street Sidewalk CDBG Improvements The project shall include the removal and reconstruction of approximately 4,350 LF of pedestrian sidewalk along River Street in Blountstown, Florida. The project is funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and is subject to federal guidelines as outlined in the provided contract documents. Completion date for this project will be 120 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $1,500.00 per day. Checks should be made payable to DEWBERRY ENGINEERS INC. Digital sets are available at no charge. All Bids shall remain firm for a period of sixty days after the opening. All bidders shall comply with all applicable State and local laws concerning licensing registration and regulation of contractors doing business to the State of Florida. The Bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder.
