The City of Salina, Kansas is seeking Proposals for snow removal services for the purpose of removing snow from City owned properties, as are more particularly described in this Request for Proposals and the detailed Specifications All questions concerning this project during the Proposal solicitation process shall be forwarded to the specified Project Manager City's Project Manager: Brent Buchwald, Street Superintendent 412 W. Ash Street (General Services) Salina, KS 67402-0736 Telephone Number: (785) 309-5750 brent.buchwald@salina.org The City reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals; to waive any and all informalities or defects; to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional Proposals; or to accept such Proposals as shall be deemed to be in the best interest of the City so to do. Discrepancies between words and figures will be resolved in favor of words. Discrepancies between the indicated sum of any column of figures and the correct sum thereof will be resolved in favor of the correct sum The City of Salina is requesting Proposals from qualified contractors to provide snow removal services for the purpose of removing snow from City owned properties. Proposals are requested for a three (3) year Contract to remove snow at the locations specified herein, from when the contract is signed until May 1st, 2025. At the City's discretion, and based upon satisfactory performance by the Contractor, the City may elect to renew this Agreement for one (1) additional three (3) year term. As indicated in the Proposal form, the City has designated two (2) "zones", identified as Zones 1-2, D-2 each of which includes designated areas to be maintained. Separate total costs as listed in Schedule A-1 Basis of Payment below are requested for each zone
