**As of January 23,2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The scope of work includes: paving, sidewalk, curb & gutter, site and utility work as detailed in the drawings and specifications for EB-5819. Contractors must be pre-qualified with NCDOT as Bidder or PO Prime Contractor prior to bidding on this project. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for this project is 10%. Subcontractors must be certified by NCDOT as a DBE in order for their participation to count towards this goal. If the DBE goal is not met, justification must be provided that a good faith effort was made to solicit DBE firms.
