Questions submitted: What is the incumbent contract # What licenses and/or certifications are required at the time of quote submission Can the 12/28/22 site visit sign in sheet be made available to offerors What is expected for eddy current testing for the condenser and evaporator sides of chillers What is expected for evaporative tube cleaning of the chillers What is expected for vibration analysis of all equipment What is expected for oil analysis of the chillers Will there be another questions period following the site visit Please confirm whether disinfection of the towers is required during the annual cleaning. A current Trane Certification needs to be provided at time of quote. The sign-in sheet will be posted with the answers to these questions. Eddy currents are not part of the contract. The tubes in the Evaporator are not cleaned. Only the Condenser. Vibration Analysis is not part of the contract. To be sent off to a lab for analysis. All questions are answered in this amendment. Disinfection is not required in the contract. Chiller Annuals are done once a year. Cooling Towers are cleaned twice a year. Quarterly inspections are done every quarter.
