Pursuant to New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the Procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation. The restricted period began with the publication of this ad and will end with the formal approval by OSC of the contractual agreement. Contract term: 5 years Question Deadline 11/23/2022 at 3:00 PM ET All questions from potential offerors regarding this solicitation are to be submitted in writing via email. Questions & OMH responses will be compiled & sent to all potential offerors by Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
