The first phase will be finished by 12/31/22 and consisted of replacement of the pneumatic controls with a new DDC system (Honeywell), replacement of specific non-functional mechanical equipment components, and adjustments to existing components identified in the districts retro-commissioning reports. THIS SCOPE is to add COOLING to select areas of each site as defined in the drawings. This includes permitting by the contractor as well as associated management and support work for a complete and functional project.
