Sherwood School District is seeking quotes for vendors to perform the following HVAC replacements: RTU 38 - 7.5 Ton 2001 Rheem Unit RTU 39 - 3 Ton 2001 Rheem Unit RTU 41 - 7.5 Ton 2001 Rheem Unit RTU 44 - 3 Ton 2001 Rheem Unit RTU 46 - 3 Ton 2001 Rheem Unit All units should be replaced with Carrier units of similar size. These are all located on the high school wing (southwest wing) of the building Please include options for basic tier and middle tier SEER levels where applicable All work related to the installation of the units should be included. Inspections of the area in advance are highly recommended. See contact information below to schedule. A crane should be factored into the quote The district will keep all used equipment Use existing disconnects already on the roof Use existing curb, but adapter may need to be provided by vendor Recommended to come on site to assess and confirm heater size Approved vendor will assist in completing relevant paperwork for the Evergy Incentive Program. Sherwood School District reserves the right to reject all proposals. Selection of a vendor will occur at the November Regular Monthly meeting. Installation will be arranged ASAP from when equipment arrives. The district does not have students on Mondays making that the ideal time for cranes to be used and units removed and placed as appropriate on the roof.
