The City of Fresno is inviting bids to supply diesel fuel on an as needed basis to the forty-one (41) emergency generator locations at City water well sites and Surface Water Facilities. Standard delivery service will apply for maintenance fueling. However, on rare occasions, in the event of blackouts, these generators are activated in order to maintain adequate water availability and pressure within the City system and may require an emergency four (4) hour delivery. The City is looking for bids that will provide flexible fueling options.
