The District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) is interested in obtaining bids for the inspection of Auto Shop Lifting Devices. The contract will be awarded for a three-year period, commencing February 1, 2023 and ending January 31, 2026. This contract may be renewed for two (2) additional one-year periods fully ending January 31, 2028. Annual inspections - Inspections shall be carried out as follows: Inspections for the first year to be performed during the time period February 1, 2023 to February 17, 2023. Inspections for all remaining years of the contract will be required during the first two weeks of semester two (which is subject to change each year, but would be approximately the first two weeks of February), Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. No deviance from this schedule is permitted without prior written authorization by the DSBN's Health & Safety Officer.
