Renovation of a multi-residential development in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Chicopee Housing Authority (CHA) invites contractors to submit sealed bids for the installation of a new addressable fire alarm systems at our Birch Bark located at 630 Chicopee Street, Chicopee. The work is estimated to cost $369,584. DCAM certification in the following category of work, Electrical, is required. General bidders must submit a current DCAM Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.l49 44A-J and to state minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. Bid submittals must be accompanied by a bid deposit equal to 5% of the contractor's total bid including alternates payable to the Chicopee Housing Authority. Qualified minority and women owned firms are urged to respond.
