Project #09360028 The work for which bids are asked includes the following: The work consists of the installation of approximately 825 lineal feet of Oak Opening Drive and 525 lineal feet of Deer Point Drive will be reconstructed to widen the roadway and regrade the ditches. Storm culverts will be installed and final restoration along the corridor are included. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 10% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed and performance and payment bonds are provided to the City, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages.
