Lynn Police Station HVAC Replacement - Work includes but is not limited to replacement of roof top units and boiler room renovations including associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. General Bidders must be DCAMM Certified in the category of HVAC to be considered an eligible bidder. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All questions and requests for interpretations must be submitted in writing via email to jennifer.dossantos@socotec.us by the File Sub-Bidders until Thursday, November 17, 2022, 5:00 PM, and for General Bidders until Monday, November 28, 2022, 5:00 PM. The work under this Section shall include the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment and supplies and the performance of all operations to provide complete working systems, in general, to include the following items: 1. Roof Top Units 2. Condensing Boilers 3. Insulated Double Wall Stainless Steel Boiler Flue Vent System 4. Boiler Combustion Air and Vent Piping 5. Hot Water Pumps 6. Water Specialties 7. Supports 8. Strainer 9. Pipe and Pipeline Accessories, each type 10. Valves 11. Water Treatment 12. Insulation, each type 13. Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) 14. Sheet Metal Duct System 15. Testing and Balancing of Systems 16. Vibration Isolation
