Lynn Police Station HVAC Replacement - Work includes but is not limited to replacement of roof top units and boiler room renovations including associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. General Bidders must be DCAMM Certified in the category of HVAC to be considered an eligible bidder. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All questions and requests for interpretations must be submitted in writing via email to jennifer.dossantos@socotec.us by the File Sub-Bidders until Thursday, November 17, 2022, 5:00 PM, and for General Bidders until Monday, November 28, 2022, 5:00 PM. The work under this Section shall include the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment and supplies and the performance of all operations to provide complete working systems, in general, to include the following items: 1.
