Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
AtLRG Architecture Inc. (The Consultant) on behalf Red River College Polytechnic (the "Owner" or "RRC Polytech") seeks to select a qualified Proponent through a procurement process to act as the General Contractor ("GC") to provide construction services as further described in this document. The Owner will enter into a Contract with the Proponent whose Proposal is deemed to best serve the interests RRC Polytech when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria provided under section 4 of this RFP. The project will include the renovation of the 7th floor of Building C at the Red River College Polytechnic Notre Dame Campus at 2055 Notre Dame Ave., Winnipeg, Manitoba, as further described in this RFP (the "Project"). See Part 1, Section 6.0 of for further details about the Project. Proponents must pre-register for the mandatory site visit and project overview meeting by no later than 2:00 PM, May 11, 2023.
