The Catahoula Parish Police Jury will receive sealed bids up to 6:00 p.m. Monday, November 28, 2022 for the following: Limestone # 7 Limestone # 89 Limestone # 8 Limestone # 610 Limestone # 57 Railroad Ballast Railroad Ballast # 5 The above items will be washed. Bid price to include delivery to the Catahoula Parish Police Jury job site or picked up by parish trucks. Bid period to run January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. Bid per ton only and no mileage added. Bid price to include any applicable taxes or fees. Bid forms may be obtained by calling the Police Jury Office at (318)744-5435. The Catahoula Parish Police Jury reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids. Bidders must include in their proposal a separate statement setting forth any and all preferences to which they claim to be entitled. If any preferences are listed, the name and location of their manufacturer must be stated. Vendors requesting preference per LA RS 39:1604 must meet all requirements as stated in statute. The Catahoula Parish Police Jury is an equal employment opportunity employer. We encourage all applicable small and minority-owned firms and women's business enterprises to bid. Accepted bid shall constitute a contract which cannot be broken without 30 day written consent signed from both parties.
