Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a 79,039-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Bid Package #1. Construct new 79,039 GSF Elementary School on existing site. Project includes two-story structure with 18 classrooms for 365 students. First floor contains public spaces, gymnasium, kitchen, cafetorium, a STEM lab, library and the admin. area and 3 neighborhood classroom clusters. The upper floor contains additional 3 neighborhood classroom clusters, music, and art. The new school is targeting Net-Zero ready construction including an all-electric Mechanical system. Phasing & logistics are an important consideration for this project as the new building will be constructed while the existing school is fully occupied. **sub-bids Only** Waterprf, Dampprf & Clking; Roofing and Flashing; Elevators Only Prequalified Bidders can submit bids for this project in the following categories of work: --Waterproofing, Dampproofing & Caulking, Roofing & Flashing.
