Renovation of a medical facility in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Renovation to approx. 6,500 sf on Level 2 of the Link Building into a multi-functional, efficient, and updated Food Distribution area, storage prep space for food services staff, personal food heating space (i.e. kitchenette) and dining/seating area for visitors, patients, and staff, including children. The renovation will be completed in phases to ensure the cafeteria remains operational and accessible during the renovation. TIMELINE: Detailed design complete. Tender and construction timing is subject to owner's final plans. Further update may be available summer 2026. *Budget is unreleased.
