The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB or Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Bids from qualified Contractors (Bidder) interested in providing furnishings and furniture assembly and installation services for Portland Community Colleges Portland Metro Workforce Training Center. On-site furniture installation and assembly labor is considered as a public works project and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875. **As of January 13,2023, project was awarded to Group 1: PeopleSpace- $10,751.72 Group 2: PacificWRO - $151,191.62 Group 3: PacificWRO – $6795.50 Group 5: PacificWRO - $11,419.99 Group 6: PeopleSpace - $2502.22 Group 7: PacificWRO - $28,579.29 Group 8: Workpointe - $9167.21 Group 11: Workpointe - $40,756.99 Group 12: PacificWRO - $9927.55 Group 14: PeopleSpace - $4419.73 Group 15: PacificWRO - $13,909.10 Group 16: PeopleSpace - $1359.25 Group 17: PacificWRO - $10,607.74 Group 18: PeopleSpace - $25,851.38 Group 20: PacificWRO - $2858.64 The applicable Prevailing Wage Rates are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon effective July 1, 2019. The work will take place in Multnomah County, Oregon. No pre-bid conference, nor a site inspection, will be held for this procurement opportunity. Emerging small businesses, as well as minority-owned, women-owned, service disabled veteran-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to submit a response to this Solicitation.
