Mabley Developmental Center (Dietary Building) 1120 Washington Ave. Dixon, IL 61021 DESCRIPTION: Replacement of walk-in freezer. Base Bid: Demolition of present freezer insulated wall and ceiling panels, and doors, and refrigeration equipment and electrical devices and condensate drain lines. Thaw out the subgrade that is frozen and remove for new fill material. Fill excavation with specified materials. Pour new double insulated slab system with electric heat. Install new walk-in freezer with new refrigeration systems with controls, wall panels, heated freezer door panels, LED lighting, condensate drains, regrade adjacent mechanical yard and re-seed. Electric, rental freezer unit is required by the facility operation for the term of the work, and shall be included in the Base Bid, the temporary freezer unit shall be installed at the present loading dock with a new dock shelter
