Scope : The Contractor shall furnish all labor and equipment necessary to construct the proposed improvements as shown in the construction drawings and described in the following specifications. In general, the major components of proposed work under this contract will included, but not limited to construction of a 60'x100' polycarbonate greenhouse structure, other components to be installed by others and other associated work. The College will provide all materials and supplies outlined in the construction drawings. Materials and supplies will be stored within and can be constructed inside a storage building located near the construction site. The Contractor shall coordinate all work with other contractors, manufacturers, and material suppliers contracted with the owner as part of this project, including but not necessarily limited to: plumbing contractor, electrical contractor, greenhouse manufacturer, and others as well as the owner's staff.
