Contractor's Full Business Name (to be completed by the DMV), hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform one-time landscape cleanup service, weekly landscape maintenance services, and yearly landscape maintenance services at the El Centro DMV field office for the term of this Agreement. The services shall be performed at: 233 N Imperial Ave. El Centro, CA 92243. Written questions regarding IFB are due by: 12/14/2022 10:00am Written responses to IFB questions released by: 12/16/2022 4:30 pm Proposed start date of contract: 3/1/2023 or upon contract approval Submit all written questions via email to the contact person indicated on the cover page of this IFB package no later than the date and time specified in the Schedule of Events. Bids submitted via mail must be enclosed in an envelope or under sealed cover. The exterior of the envelope or sealed cover must be clearly marked with all of the following information: a. BID PROPOSAL # 22-298 Re-Bid, DO NOT OPEN UNTIL December 22, 2022 AT 9:00 AM, ATTN: KEVIN CHILDERS Mailed bids not enclosed in an envelope or under sealed cover shall be rejected. Bids must be received by the DMV no later than the date and time specified in the Schedule of Events. Any bid received after the specified due date and time shall remain unopened and be returned to the bidder. For security reasons, if you plan to attend the public bid opening, you must call the contact person indicated on the cover page of this IFB no less than 24 hours prior to the bid opening date and time so that arrangements can be made for entrance into the DMV building.
