Murray Developmental Center is seeking bids to remove existing one (1) Carrier Model 16JB012-604 Steam Absorber 137 Ton Chiller Unit and one (1) Baltimore Aircoil Cooling Tower Model 3269 GSWS at Bldg.5 Elm Cottage. Purchase of one (1) equivalent Steam Absorber to carrier Model 16JB012-604, 137 Ton Steam Absorber Chiller Unit and with one (1) compatible Cooling Tower with installation/startup. All questions, other than questions raised at the Pre-Submission Conference, pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Information Contact no later than 5pm on November 18, 2022. Questions received and Agency responses may be posted as an Amendment to the original solicitation on the Bulletin; only these posted answers to questions shall be binding on the State. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the Bulletin.
