After removal any dirt area should sloped with the natural terrain seeded and covered with hay. The contractor is responsible for the demolition, hauling and proper disposal of all debris in accordance with all ADEM regulations. The contractor shall take all necessary precautions to be sure that adjoining properties and sidewalks are not damaged during the performance of the work and that all underground and aboveground utilities are properly marked and protected throughout the removal process.
