Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Bellingham, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a two-story above grade municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The City invites all interested parties to submit their qualifications for Architectural, Engineering, and Landscape Architectural services for this project. Disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. The Consultant performing the work is expected to provide services including, but not limited to; development of concept design to final construction documents (plans, specifications, cost estimates, and permitting), stormwater site plan to satisfy state and local regulations, and geotechnical expertise relating to erosion, seismic, and all hazard areas, as well as all other project requirements. The facility will be 2-stories and include: a main reception area, private offices for the Public Works Director and the Assistant Director(s), an Executive Conference Room and Public Meeting Rooms, the Public Works Engineering Division, a fitness room, and connection to the newly built kitchen space of the 5-story Public Works Operations Building, as well as proper egress.
