City of Mankato SEASONAL WATER METER SUPPLIES Sealed bids for 2023 Seasonal Water Meter Supplies, to be supplied for a period from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, will be received by the City of Mankato. Bids will include: Water meters (23MAN3021) Water meter encoder (23MAN3025) The bidder shall submit their proposal on the forms provided by the City of Mankato. All blank spaces in the proposal shall be filled in clearly and correctly with ink or typewriter. The proposal shall be signed in ink by the individual, members of the partnership or by one or more officers of the Corporation making the proposal. Comparisons will be made based on the unit price bid for each item. The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and the right to waive any formal defects in bids when deemed for the best interest of the City. Further, the City Council reserves the right to accept a bid higher than the lowest bid, if in the opinion of the Council, the public interest will be better served. If any additional information is required, written instructions shall be issued. No oral instructions or interpretations will be considered binding unless confirmed in writing. All prices are to be F.O.B., Mankato, Minnesota.
