Economic Development Authority of Amherst County Virginia, hereinafter referred to as 'Owner' seeks BIDS from responsible contractors to provide construction services under a written Contract for the Economic Development Authority of Amherst County, as described below. This project is to mass grade a construction-ready pad in accordance with the approved plans supplied & dated "9/16/22" with ponds sized to accommodate the maximum possible impervious that can be built onsite. The project will generally consist of clearing and grubbing, mass grading, fine grading, pad preparation, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater drainage structures. BIDDERS must be licensed as a Class A Contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the BIDDER'S attention is directed to the requirements of Title 54.1, Chapter 11, of the Code of Virginia.
