The contract work includes, but is not limited to the following: Contractor shall furnish all plant, materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation required to supply payment & performance bonds, prepare the site, pour a reinforced concrete foundation slab w ith in-floor hydronic heating system, and erect an approx. 66 ft x 24 ft storage building/garage attached to the Main Office building at Cross Lake Recreation Area, in Crow Wing County, MN. The building shall include, but are not limited to three 16 f t x 9 ft steel insulated overhead garage doors w ith electric openers, tw o 36 in x 80 in insulated steel service doors, galvanized steel siding, two 22 in octagonal insulated windows, and a green Met-Tile (or equal) steel roof. Contractor shall apply high pressure spray polyurethane foam insulation to underside of roof and inside of all exterior w alls. Contractor shall install and connect a 400-amp meter base and electric panel. The magnitude of construction on this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS code 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000.
