Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Crosslake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes the construction of approximately: 1,750 Cu Yd Aggregate Base Class 5 2,700 Cu Yd Common Excavation 3,340 Tons Bituminous Pavement 280 Lin Ft Road Culvert Pipe 10,350 Sq Yd Full Depth Reclamation 125 Lin Ft Concrete Curb & Gutter together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Crosslake shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
