Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Crosslake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The contractor shall furnish and install a new north woods nature themed play system, drainage system to prevent water from accumulating, with either a rubber mulch with black weed barrier and 8" plastic composite landscape timber border with staking or a poured in place rubber surface with a concrete border, both according to the manufacturers specifications. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all plant, materials, equipment, supplies, labor, and transportation, and performing all work as required by the contract, in strict accordance with the specifications and in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to benjamin.t.knutsonusace.army.mil and jesse.l.onkkausace.army.mil. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under the authority of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $ 100,000.00 and $ 250,000.00. The solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAISC Code is 238990 Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a size standard of $ 19,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
