Currently in negotiations I do not have an estimated award date..** The Education Service Center Region 2 is seeking and accepting proposals for a Thermal Management System CRV Precision Cooling - Thermal Management System in our IT Server Room. ESC2 shall select the vendor whose proposal, and oral presentation, if requested, demonstrate the capability to best fulfill the purposed of this RFP in a cost effective manner. Coordinate with ESC2 Facility Services Manager and Office of Information Technology delivery, demolition, installation and startup o Current Thermal Management System Unit must remain in service during the new Thermal Management System Installation o Provide rooftop mounting structure for new condensing unit o Coordinate membrane installation and modifications with roofer - Certified Building Products o Remove existing air handling unit above IT server hardware in conditioned space o Reclaim refrigerant from air handling unit above ceiling o Dispose / recycle removed unit o Condensation drain line designed to run to condensation pump terminating into sanitary sewer o Remove existing chilled water lines and remove from immediately above the IT server system o Return current suspended ceiling pads, grid and lighting after completion o Protect server equipment and maintain current cooling for facility operation o Provide new power source to new air handling unit o Provide new power source to new condensing unit o Provide power feed to equipment from electrical closet 480 /3 phase o Coordinate electrical installation and modifications with electrician o Five-year compressor warranty - manufacturer's o Factory / manufacturer's equipment startup o All Hot Work will be coordinated with ESC2 Facility Manager and CFO o All planned installation - delivery, demolition, installation services and startup will be performed under normal facility working hours. Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm CST.
