Texas Tech University (TTU) is seeking competitive Responses to a Request for Proposal ("RFP") for Plants and Related Materials for the TTU Operations Division of Grounds Maintenance. This RFP provides sufficient information for interested parties to prepare and submit Proposals for consideration by TTU. Additional information may be made available by written request to the Primary Contact identified in Section 1.2 Deadline for Submission of Written Questions January 30, 2023 1:00 PM Central TTU will collect all questions and respond after the Submission Deadline through an Addendum to the RFP that will be distributed through the TechBid System. Evaluation of Proposals February 2023- May 2023 Award Recommendation May 2023 Proposer(s) are instructed to complete, sign, and return the following documents as part of its proposal. If Proposer fails to return each of the following with its proposal, then TTU may reject the proposal. The Proposal must contain all the following components: Proposer Response Form HUB Subcontracting Plan Signed Affirmation and Conflict of Interest Disclosure TTU is seeking a professional, wholesale nursery grower to supply and deliver a wide variety of bedding plants for the beautification of the TTU campuses in numerous high-visibility areas.
